Beyond that, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 10 days, Flite Jewelry will refund your entire purchase price upon receipt of the returned goods in original condition.
If we mount your gemstones, the mounting is also guaranteed. We guarantee the mounting to be 14 karat, 18 karat, platinum or whatever it is marked. If the mounting was sized, we guarantee that the sizing is accurate to within 1/4 size. All sizing is done using karat gold/platinum solder, we do not stretch rings! If you purchase a item that is over $500.00 (example Ring, Earrings or etc.), I'll give you free of charge an Appraisal with it upon request.
