The questions people ask most.

What size do necklaces  come in?
They are available in 16",18",20",22",24",30".

Q---I want a 26" or 28"  necklace. Can I get it?
A---Yes. You can. All you have to do is order a larger necklace, have it cut down to the size you request. There is an extra charge for that.

What  size do bracelets come in?
A---Most of our bracelets only come in 7 inches.

Q---I want a 7 3/4" bracelets can I get it?
A---Yes & No--If you choose a necklace that can be made into a bracelet, that's no problem.
No---If you purchase a fancy bracelet that normally only comes in 7 inches,
sometime 8" but not too often.
 

What  size are the rings?
All  the rings that I get from the manufacturer are normally  ladies size 6.
Men's size is normally size 9.

Q---I need my ring to be size 8.
No  problem, I can make the ring any size you want, for an extra charge. $15 extra from sz 6 to 7 and $5 extra for every size after. It would also take a week longer for you to receive the ring.

What  kind of payment do you accept?
A--I accept personal checks-( Checks must clear the bank before any item is shipped.
That takes about 10 days)
I accept money orders. As soon as I receive your payment I'll ship it out the next day.

I accept pay pal - Next day shipping.

Do  you Have Layaway
A---Yes we do . You can make payments on any purchase you make. Item will not be shipped until final payment is received. Once I get the item there will be no refunds made.

Q--- How do you ship my merchandise to me?
A---I normally ship by usps. Cost is $3.00.  If you want insurance, it will cost from $1.50 to $4.00 more depending on the value of the item that you purchase.

Q---What Type of Warranty do I get
A---All merchandise sold will come will a one year warranty.
If you brake the item (Chain,Bracelets,Charms) send it back to me and i'll repair it free. YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK. If a stone fall out due to manufacture defect I'll replace the stone free of charge.
